As 2011 ends, one subject I wanted to write about  I can’t forget.  Near the end of October, autumn reached such an incredible peak that it made a permanent impression. The trees along the roads showed exceptional colors—gold, reds, browns, yellows. 

A word about my book

The world of poetry is less familiar to readers than, for  example, the world of novels.  For this  reason, I would like to make a brief introductory remark for a book of poetry I  just had published, hoping to save the reader some confusion in adjusting to  its writing.

What will happen as a result of the protests in Madison, Wisconsin, and other cities is an interesting question. In Wisconsin, newly elected Gov. Scott Walker is considered a near-Tea Party conservative, with a strong agenda that he intends to ruthlessly implement with the aid of Republican-controlled state house.
